A passport, boarding pass and visa application documents laid out on a desk beside a fountain pen
    Chapter 03Visas & travel

Your visa, sorted. One less thing.

Schengen, US B1/B2, UK Visitor. Document prep, embassy bookings, fast-tracking. Calmly handled, end to end.

"Visa work is mostly about what you don't have to think about. We're the part of your week that doesn't ask anything from you twice."

    Others

Just ask — we've handled most of them.

    Why visa applications go wrong.

    Embassy websites can be confusing

Forms with dozens of fields, unclear requirements, conflicting information across pages. We've reviewed many applications and we know which fields trip people up.

Small mistakes can lead to delays

A wrong date, a missing supporting document, an inconsistent answer. We review every field to minimise the chance of issues.

    Waiting times are unpredictable

We track which visa centres run faster, when slots open, and when to apply for better processing. Cancellation patterns matter — we watch them.

    WHERE WE STOP

And who we send you to.

We're travel specialists, not immigration lawyers. We'll go a long way with you on tourist and business visas — but for work permits, residency and citizenship, we hand off to legal partners who specialise in those routes.

    WHEN TO ESCALATE

    • · Long-term work permits and corporate immigration
    • · Spouse, family and settlement routes
    • · Residency-by-investment and citizenship applications
    • · Anything where the answer is legal, not procedural

We make warm intros to firms we trust. They take it from there.

    HOW IT GOES

Five steps. None of them yours, mostly.

    Quiet. Predictable. Calmly handled.

    Day 0

    You message us

Tell us where you're going, when, and from which passport. We confirm what's needed inside the day.

    Day 1

    Document audit

We review your existing docs (bank statements, employment, ties) and tell you what's missing in plain English.

    Day 2–3

    Application drafted

We complete forms, draft cover letters, prep the dossier. You review and sign.

    Day 3+

    Appointment booked

We secure the embassy or visa centre slot. We watch cancellation patterns and grab faster slots when they open.

    Decision

    Hand-delivered

When the visa lands, so does the calendar invite for your trip planning. You go.

    PRICING

    Simple, transparent fees

Our visa support starts from £100 per application and rises with complexity and the type of support needed.

Government fees are separate and paid directly to the embassy or visa centre. We provide a clear breakdown before you commit.

    COMMON QUESTIONS

Asked enough times to put here.

How much does a Schengen visa cost?
€90 for adults and €45 for children aged 6 to 12, free under 6. Those rose from €80 and €40 on 11 June 2024 and have not changed since. The visa application centre — TLScontact or VFS Global depending on the country — charges its own service fee on top, and our fee is separate again and paid by you.
How long does a Schengen visa take from the UK?
Official processing is 15 calendar days from your appointment, and most decisions come back in 7 to 10 working days. The delay is almost never processing — it is getting an appointment. Slots for France, Spain, Italy and Greece in London routinely sit four to eight weeks out, and longer between April and July.
Which country do I apply to for a multi-country trip?
The one where you will spend the most nights. If the time is split evenly, the country you enter first. This is set by the EU Visa Code rather than by the consulate, and they check it against your flight and hotel bookings. Applying to the wrong one usually stalls the file rather than refusing it, which costs you the appointment slot.
    Do you give immigration advice?
No, and this is the line we do not cross. We are not immigration lawyers or OISC-regulated advisers. We handle logistics: monitoring appointment availability, booking the slot, assembling and checking the document pack against the published requirements, and tracking deadlines. Anything touching eligibility, refusals on substantive grounds, appeals or settlement goes to a regulated adviser, and we will introduce you to one.
Can you get an appointment when everything shows fully booked?
Often, though we will not promise it. Centres release cancelled and additional slots in batches at unpredictable times, and we monitor for them. What we will not do is claim a guaranteed slot — anyone promising that is either charging you for luck or working outside the official system.
    What does the fee cover?
From £100 per request: working out which consulate you need, monitoring and booking the appointment, a document checklist built for your specific case, and a check of the pack before it goes in. Government and visa centre fees are paid by you directly and are not marked up.

    Check it against the source

Visa rules change and nothing on this page should be the last word. These are the primary sources we work from, and you should feel free to check us against them.

We are not immigration lawyers and nothing here is legal advice. For eligibility, refusals on substantive grounds, appeals or settlement, you want a regulated adviser, and we will introduce you to one. Our own guides on appointment timing and why applications get refused cover the logistics side in more detail.

    WHAT CLIENTS SAY
